Bob Retzik (GARY KRAUS), divorced businessman, Chloe Maxtin (LOUISETTE GEISS), neurotic actress, Juanita and Tyrell Checkers( MARIA COSTA, DARREN SCHNASE), argumentative lovebirds, Seth Spranger (STEVEN ENGLE), suicidal celebrity, and Mary Mulders (CASSANDRA PETERSON), blocked writer, all live in the same apartment building--but have never met. When the building's main entrance security doors jam shut one workday morning, they learn the only other exit is through the apartment of fellow resident Tomoko Meadows (TOMO KAWAGUCHI), who's in the midst of making a batch of cinnamon rolls. Although this disparate group of neighbors is initially desperate to just barge in and dash out, when Tomoko misunderstands the word "jam" and invites them to enjoy the oven-fresh rolls, they discover how little their personal dramas mean

3:52 is a film about addiction, facing your greatest fears, and standing at the gates of your own personal hell and walking in any way. This film, which took a life of it's own, was a godsend from the beginning. As a recipient of the Panavision New Filmmakers Grant, along with many other sponsorships, America Ferrera, agreed to join the cast and play the role of Kate, a young woman battling her past. This was not an easy film to make, but the rewards have been far greater than giving me a nice piece to add to my reel. People in recovery have responded well to this film and I hope to venture it out for educational purposes in the future!

Rose's Garden tells the poignant story of a handicapped woman, Rose Norton. Rose is a beautiful woman who has been scarred by the event of her disability. She has become bitter, lonely and has lost the zest for living, until a new neighbor moves in. Nathan, an eleven year-old Latino by moves next door. Together, Nathan and Rose find comfort in their friendship and the disarray of their loneliness subsides. Until, Nathan uncovers something about Rose's past that ventures hope for her future. Tippi Hedren plays Rose Norton and Noel Howard plays Nathan.

A man is disturbed by the strange appearances of a six-year old girl. “Isabel” was made for the 2007 FOX TV show, ON THE LOT. Selected from out of 12,000 filmmakers by the show’s executive producer Steven Spielberg, Shawna was one of 300 finalists who were asked to make a three-minute film in one week based off a logline the show provided. In that time she was able to write the screenplay, raise the funding, and cast the actors. Panavision generously gave us the Genesis HD camera to shoot with. It was quite challenging, but rewarding to have Mr. Spielberg hand select this film for ON THE LOT.
